When My Order Get Confirmed?

Once we get a order details and verification of the order then we will send a confirmation massage or mail to the registered Email or mobile number.

When Can I Expect My NEEND Mattress Order Shipping?

Once we have received the order, we process and ship your product within 3-5 business days. For orders that are completed after 11 AM IST on a given day, the processing begins the following business day. A separate shipping confirmation email is sent when once the order is dispatched from our end. Please note that if you have purchased more than one product, they might be shipped separately and may not arrive on the same day.

Why my order status is not updated, once after confirmed my order?

We do not update the order status until your NEEND mattress has shipped. Once the product has been shipped from our factory, you will receive an email with the shipping details. Replacement will be scheduled for pick up within 7 working days of receiving the ‘Replacement’ request with the information we require.
