In the event that these Terms and the terms of the Product Warranty clash, the Product Warranty's provisions will take precedence with regardtoProducts bought from NEEND.

Shipping & Transportation

The company takes reasonable care to pack and ship the products in a safe manner, thesaleis complete once the products are delivered to the customer. If the products are deliveredin damaged condition, the customer has to inform the company immediately.

Delivery Charges and Payments

For Products eligible for No-Questions-Asked return policy like the 100 days trial for someof our mattress products, if at least one Product type is returned froman initial order, thatcustomer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional 100-night trials onsubsequent orders of that particular Product.
