Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive sales growth within a defined region for mattress products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to maximize market share.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
