Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, kindly call us at +91 9108187855 within 100 calendar days from the purchase date. When contacting us, please clearly mention the reason for the return. Once your request is received, our customer service team will reach out to gather additional details and guide you through the next steps.

100-Night Sleep Trial

Neendmattress offers a 100-night free trial for Dual Comfort, Ortho Memory and Natural Latex mattresses, You can request the return of Neendmattress Dual Comfort, Ortho Memory and Natural Latex mattresses  within 100 calendar days from the date of purchase via Neendmattress Customer Care. The company will cover the return shipping cost, provided the mattress is returned from the original delivery destination. If the mattress is returned from a different location, the customer will bear the shipping charge. The company reserves the right to change or withdraw the 100-night trial program at any time.

  • The trial is applicable only for purchases made through Neend’s official platforms (www.neendmattress.com)
  • Neendmattress reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the 100-night trial offer at its sole discretion at any time, without prior notice.

Exclusions to Return & Warranty Policies

(Applicable to both Warranty & 100-Night Trial)

  • Only one return per customer is allowed under this program. If a mattress has already been exchanged or returned once, further returns will not be accepted.
  • The return or refund is subject to the mattress condition. If upon inspection, the product is found to be stained, torn, soiled, damaged, or showing signs of abuse, the return or refund request will be denied.
  • Evidence of liquid spills, moisture damage, odor, or burn marks will disqualify the mattress from being returned or refunded.
  • If the mattress has been used on an unsuitable base or an uneven surface, or lacks proper support, the return policy will be void.
  • Prolonged exposure to excessive heat or cold resulting in product deformation or tearing will also lead to ineligibility.
  • A return or refund can only be initiated with the original invoice. Failure to present the invoice will void any request.

Terms & Conditions for 100-Night Trial Offer

  1. The 100-night trial begins from the date of delivery of the mattress.
  2. In the case of a model exchange, the trial period is calculated from the first delivery date, not the new delivery.
  3. This trial is applicable only for standard-size mattresses. Custom or non-standard sizes are not eligible for this offer.
  4. You are eligible to request a full refund any time within the 100-night period, provided all terms and conditions are met.
  5. If free items or promotional gifts were included with the mattress, their value will be deducted from your refund amount in case of a return.
  6. Returns will not be accepted if the mattress falls under the “Exclusions to Return & Warranty Policies” as outlined above.
  7. Please retain your purchase invoice and share it while claiming a refund. Refunds cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase.
  8. All return requests must be made on or before the 100th day from the date of delivery. Requests made after the 100-day window will not qualify for a refund.
  9. Product inspection and return pickup will be arranged by Dhanya Lifestyle Products Pvt Ltd / Neendmattress and will occur within 7–15 days from the date of return request.
  10. Once the product is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.
  11. Neendmattress reserves the right to refuse the 100-night trial offer to individuals or entities associated with mattress manufacturing or selling businesses.
  12. The company has sole discretion in determining eligibility for refund under this offer. Any request that does not comply with the trial conditions may be denied.
  13. All return/refund-related legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts only.
  14. In the case of multiple mattress purchases, only one mattress per household or customer is eligible for return under the 100-night trial program.
  15. Order modifications are allowed only before the product is shipped. Any request for size changes after dispatch will attract additional shipping or handling charges based on the product’s size and weight.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Neendmattress ensures secure and protective packaging for all shipments. Once a product is dispatched, the sale is deemed complete.

  • Upon notification, our service team will contact the customer to verify the issue and provide appropriate support.
  • We strive to deliver your order within the committed timeline, but delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen events.
  • Our support team will confirm your order post-placement, and your confirmation is necessary to proceed with processing the shipment.
  • Delivery timelines may vary in exceptional cases such as public holidays, weather disruptions, or logistic issues.

Any legal proceedings or disputes will be handled exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
