Job Summary:

Production Supervisor for mattresses oversees the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards. They manage production teams, coordinate workflows, and resolve operational issues to meet production targets. The role also involves maintaining safety protocols and optimizing resource utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production activities to meet targets.
• Monitor quality, safety, and efficiency of processes.
• Manage and motivate production team.
• Ensure equipment is well-maintained.
• Handle production scheduling and inventory control.
• Conduct safety and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Ensure product quality standards are met through regular inspections.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage material replenishment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while addressing customer concerns.
