• Returns are not applied on incorrect size ordered by you does not cover the exchange of your mattress due to an incorrect size ordered by you.
• Neend mattress holds the ultimate authority to determine the refund outcome for the damaged mattress by the company (Not from buyer side) . The company retains the absolute discretion to decline any claim request that fails to meet the Terms and Conditions of our products .

PRODUCT DELIVERY & ORDER CANCELATION TERMS

• The delivery dates for a product may vary based on stock availability and for custom products.
• Order cancellation of the product must be reported within 12 hours of order confirmation.

REPLACEMENT

There are many warranty duration for your NEEND Products. In the event that your productis having problems, please click here to contact us and check the warranty terms that are specific to each device under "Product Warranty" By reference, the Product Warranty is included into these Terms. In the event that these Terms and the terms of the Product Warranty clash, the Product Warranty's provisions will take precedence with regard to Products bought from NEEND.
